Hoy, el\u00a0<strong>Gobierno del presidente Gustavo Petro<\/strong>\u00a0da un nuevo paso para\u00a0<strong>hacer realidad esa demanda hist\u00f3rica<\/strong>\u00a0con una reforma que transforma el modelo de educaci\u00f3n superior en Colombia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El primer paso fue\u00a0<strong>fortalecer la financiaci\u00f3n de las instituciones p\u00fablicas de educaci\u00f3n superior<\/strong>. Con la\u00a0<strong>Ley 2568 de 2026<\/strong>, que modific\u00f3 los art\u00edculos 86 y 87 de la Ley 30 de 1992, el Gobierno garantiz\u00f3 una\u00a0<strong>base financiera m\u00e1s s\u00f3lida y progresiva<\/strong>\u00a0para su sostenibilidad.
